Brewers' Misiorowski (arm fatigue) to miss ASG

Brewers right-hander Jacob Misiorowski has been scratched from his scheduled start against the Pirates on Sunday because of arm fatigue and will also miss the All-Star Game on Tuesday night in Philadelphia.
