The bodycam footage was released by Ukraine’s national police on Wednesday.
It shows huge devastation after the first bomb strike on the village in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region, as shocked local residents stare at the rubble.
Severely damaged buildings are also seen.
A voice of a military official is then heard on a two-way radio warning police on the ground of more glide bombs being launched towards Kamyshuvakha.
“Quickly [go] to the shelter!” one of the police officers tells local residents, who are seen walking into the shelter – at least two floors underground.
Seconds later the shelter is hit, and the recording stops.
Ukraine said the shelter was near a local school, which was being used to distribute humanitarian aid.
BBC Verify has confirmed the video was filmed in the same place as footage released by the Ukrainian state emergencies service DSNS showing the aftermath Monday’s attack in Komyshuvakha.
In a post on social media on Wednesday, Zelensky said that “nine aerial bombs were dropped by the Russians.
“First, they hit people who came to receive humanitarian aid, and then rescuers and police officers who arrived at the scene.”
The Ukrainian president added that “unfortunately, there has been very little reaction from the world to this insane attack”, describing it as yet another of “thousands” of war crimes committed by Russia.
Ukraine’s DSNS earlier posted another video showing a huge crater left after the attack on Kamyshuvakha.
The Russian military has not publicly commented.
Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
In a separate development on Wednesday, Zelensky said he talked “in great detail for an hour-and-a-half” with US President Donald Trump’s peace envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner ahead of trilateral negotiations between Ukraine, Russia and the US on 10-11 November in Abu-Dhabi.
The Ukrainian leader – who is currently making a surprise visit to Spain – also said his team had a separate “meaningful” meeting in Brussels with representatives from the US, the EU, France, Britain, Germany, as well as Nato and the World Bank about “post-war reconstruction”.
He added that the meeting in Belgium’s capital would continue on Thursday to discuss “security guarantees” for Ukraine.
Since the trilateral talks aimed at ending the war were suspended in February, Moscow has stepped up attacks as Kyiv virtually ran out of Western-supplied interceptors to defend against missiles.
Analysts expect no major breakthrough when the talks resume in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
