We have heard of bar takeover by a mixologist and kitchen takeover by a chef. But Roastery Coffee House takeover in Delhi is not by a barista or a latte art or a roaster. This is by an American ‘affordable’ luxury brand Tory Burch. The 15-day takeover at the cafe’s 10th outlet, located at Sarvodaya enclave, will exhibit a collection of styles such as the Romy tote, ideal for work and larger essentials; the small Romy tote, the Romy Bucket Bag, and the Romy shoulder bag.

Titled The Romy Café, this limited-time experience is inspired by the brand’s Romy collection and will be on till May 10. For this, the café reimagines an everyday ritual through objects, design and interaction — translating the Romy bag into a series of functional, collectible elements across the space. Blending fashion with moments of pause and connection, The Romy Café reflects a more personal way of engaging with the brand — where style lives naturally within daily life.

The Romy collection is positioned in the accessible luxury segment, with prices in India approximately ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹75,000, depending on the size, material, and style. .
For The Romy Cafe, a sculptural Romy installation welcomes guests at the entrance — setting a tone that is both modern and expressive. Inside, the space is thoughtfully detailed with elements that reflect the brand’s design language: custom table settings, branded coffee cups and sleeves, bespoke dessert packaging, and a specially created café menu. The menu is curated by Roastery Coffee House and features a couple of their best seller coffees–cappuccino, cranberry coffee, latte and Americano; the food menu comprises Romy cupcake, croissants, choux pastry and vol au vent.
Anshi Saxena, co-founder at Roastery coffee house, says, “The collaboration with Tory Burch felt deeply personal. It’s a brand that carries quiet confidence, individuality, and a sense of timeless style—values we hold close at Roastery Coffee House. Our work has always been about representing Indian speciality coffee in its truest form—celebrating coffees grown on our soil, along with Indian aesthetics, craftsmanship, and a warmth in hospitality that feels natural, not performed. For us, coffee has never been just about the cup. It’s about how a space makes you feel, how you are received, and the small, thoughtful details that stay with you long after you leave.”

She also said it was interesting creating this vibe where style and coffee sat together effortlessly—where every touchpoint, from what you see to what you taste, becomes part of a larger story. “This collaboration, shaped over two and a half months, from the launch of the Romy Collection (on April 23) until May 10, is our attempt to create something elevated, memorable, and perhaps one of the first-of-its-kind experiences in India,” she added.
Statement from Tory Burch said, “Roastery Coffee House was a deliberate choice, grounded in a shared commitment to craftsmanship, community, and considered experiences. The collaboration was also intentionally anchored in partnering with a woman entrepreneur—creating space to spotlight her voice and journey. By aligning with an artisanal coffee house, the focus remains on individuality, quality, and the beauty of thoughtful making.”
The Romy Cafe at Roastery Coffee Shop will be on till May 10 at Sarvodaya enclave, New Delhi.
