MUMBAI: Juniper Green Energy has fixed the price band of its Rs 1,800 crore initial public offering at Rs 214–225 per equity share. The issue will remain open for subscription from July 30 to August 3. The IPO comprises an entirely fresh issue of equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The company plans to use Rs 683.24 crore from the proceeds to repay or prepay borrowings and Rs 728.69 crore to invest in its subsidiaries.
