Max Estates to form JV for Rs 3,000 cr housing project in Ghaziabad

Realty firm Max Estates Ltd on Wednesday said it will partner with a landowner to develop a housing project worth about Rs 3,000 crore in Ghaziabad as part of the company’s expansion plan.

In a regulatory filing, Max Estates Ltd informed that it will enter into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

The upcoming project will have a super built-up development potential of 1.5 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue of about Rs 2,500-3,000 crore.
The proposed transaction is subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, receipt of all requisite approvals and execution of the JDA.
