Wall Street’s main stock index futures were little changed on Wednesday, as investors awaited a positive outcome from negotiations to end the Middle East conflict ahead of Thursday’s high-stakes US-China summit. Dow E-minis were down 22 points, or 0.04%, at 7:09 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 E-minis edged up 1.25 points, or 0.02%, and Nasdaq 100 E-minis slipped 33 points, or 0.11%.
