Private lender AU Small Finance Bank on Saturday reported a 37% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 796 crore in Q1, compared with Rs 581 crore in the year-ago period. Alongside Q1 earnings, the lender announced it has fixed Friday, July 31, 2026 as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend, if declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Bank of Baroda
Bank of Baroda reported a sharp fall in June-quarter profit after absorbing a one-off exceptional item, even as the lender showed strong loan growth and stable asset quality. The state-owned bank posted net profit of Rs 1,278 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, down 71.8% from Rs 4,541 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, profit fell from Rs 5,616 crore in Q4FY26.
